eDiaperCakes Giveaway!

I know that I have many moms and grandparents who read this blog. Many women (and hey, males now, too) go to baby showers throughout the year. But what makes that perfect gift? Should you just get something off of the registry like everyone else? Or are you looking for something that is more... intriguing and exciting? I was contacted by the owner of eDiaperCakes and was asked to tell a little bit about their product. I understand this is not technically speech or language related, but I will explain a little about why I chose to feature this company.

First of all, eDiaperCakes is from Michigan. :)
Second of all, they offer these AWESOME diaper cakes that follow book themes! The cake comes with a little stuffed animal to go along with the book and it also includes the book! How exciting!
Finally, the owner, Liz, offered to give away a $25 gift card to one lucky follower! I'm sure I will have a few individuals who would be interested in winning this!

Introducing: eDiaperCakes

(An example of a neutral cake - Bumble Bee Cake)

I love looking at the diaper cake whenever I’m at a baby shower. They just look so adorable. They make pretty essential gifts since it has everything the new mom needs for a rainy day. A diaper cake has diapers, baby products, baby clothes, and a cute plush animal for the baby. I took a look at eDiaperCakes, and it is clear that they have perfected the art of making diaper cakes. What I like most about them is that some of the cakes include classic story books with Peter Rabbit, Goodnight Moon, Winnie the Pooh, Eric Carle, and more. That holds a special place in my heart because I grew up reading those story books.

Take a look at some of the story book cakes:

I think you will recognize The Very Hungry Caterpillar from Eric Carle

As well as Goodnight Moon

Pat The Bunny

Cute, right? There are more as well on the website!

They also have cakes featuring Disney characters like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and the Lion King.

Take a look at the Simba and Nala cakes:

The website is very easy to use. It is separated into different categories: view all cakes, boy cakes, girl cakes, neutral cakes (for those moms who are waiting to find out the sex of the baby), flower cakes, book cakes (featuring classic children's books), and do it yourself cake that comes pretty much blank (it still includes the Johnson's baby stuff) and allows you to customize it to your liking!

In total, they have a selection of over 60 different diaper cakes. So if you’re looking for something specific to match the theme of the shower, it shouldn’t be hard to find.

At eDiaperCakes, they use approximately 75 diapers and it stands 4 tiers tall. At the moment, they only sell 4 tier cakes but they plan on introducing smaller diaper cakes in the next few months. The owner of eDiaperCakes is a new mom herself and she only puts products on the diaper cakes that she would use on her own daughter. So they tend to have higher quality products than the other websites selling diaper cakes. So if you’re currently in the market to buy one as a gift or for a baby shower, they would make a great choice!

EDiaperCakes is a mom owned business that is located in Michigan. It was started in early 2012 after Liz became a new mom herself. They normally assemble their cakes in two business days and they ship out by Fedex. Shipping is a flat rate of $5. What a great deal!
